Application Process

Applications can be submitted through the online system or in paper format by hand. The applicant should only opt for ONE submission format

Step 1: Pay the Application Fee

Pay the required application fee to receive your admission token. This will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, or you may collect it directly from the Administration Office

Step 2: Complete and submit your application at the school.

Use your admission token to access and unlock the online application form. When submitting your application, please ensure that all sections are fully completed and that your contact details are accurate.

Step 3: Wait for the application to be processed

Please wait while your application is being processed. If your application is successful, you will be required to pay the enrollment fee to secure your place.

STEP 4: Pay your Tuition Fee

If your application is successful, you will receive a tuition agreement to complete. Once finalised, your child will begin their exciting new journey at Waterfield College and be welcomed by our team of dedicated and passionate teachers. 

Note: Applicants and parents are reminded not to offer any advantages to school staff in connection with their applications.
